Timeframe and Conditions

Refund or Exchange Period: You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

  • Products are faulty, damaged during shipping, or not as described.
  • Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, unaltered, or washed.

Refund and Return Process

Step 1: Please contact us via email: support@gothiccustom.com or through our Fanpage:(facebook.com/thegothiccustom/) from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (GMT+7). Please provide the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Your name
  • Reason for refund or exchange
  • Images or videos of the damaged product (if any).

Step 2: Upon receiving your information, we will review and confirm if the product meets the conditions for a refund or exchange.

Step 3:

  • For refunds or product exchanges, please return the item to: [6187 Atlantic Ave Long Beach, CA 90805]. We will cover the return shipping costs and typically use USPS services.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, we will proceed with the refund or send a replacement product per your request.

Case 1: Refund

If you prefer a refund, we will process it within 1 business day. The refund amount will be credited to your account depending on your card issuer.

Case 2: Replacement Product

We will promptly produce a replacement product for you. The production and shipping time for replacement products can be found on our shipping policy page at https://gothiccustom.com/shipping-policy/. The shipping cost for replacement products will be covered by us.

Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product without any faults or issues within 7 business days, you may do so. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
